Previously a Vice President at Defense Group Inc and a retired Colonel from the U.S. Air Force, he has more than 30 years of management and leadership experience in WMD policy, organization metrics and goals, safety studies, and intelligence work on the Joint Staff, OSD staff, Defense Agencies, and Military commands.

Dave Lewis

Vice President / Chief Operations Officer

Over 35 years of professional military and government experience, including more than 13 years as program manager of S & T proof–of-principle programs in the R & D of electric armament weapons and an additional five years directing mission protection assessment programs of critical national facilities against threats from natural, physical, cyber, and WMD (including HEMP) events. Twenty year Army career included duties as Inspector General, Associate Professor of Physics at USMA, and several tours in leadership positions with the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment.

Larry Grisham

Formerly a Program Director at Defense Group Inc and a retired CWO5 from the U.S. Marine Corps, he has more than 24 years of management and leadership experience in the areas of WMD policy, planning, programming, budgeting, and requirements definition in the U.S. Marine Corps, Defense Agencies, and on the Joint Staff.

Proven 34-year record of excellence in positions of increasing leadership, management and technical responsibility. He has expertise in bid and proposals, pricing, NBC defense operations, program and fiscal management, small group instruction, Department of Defense Planning Programming & Budgeting System (PPBS), chemical and biological arms control policy and verification research, Development Test & Evaluation activities.
