John developed and delivered an exceptional lecture on the topic of Antibacterials that was instrumental in changing the government client's evaluation approach to Phase I FY2011/12 solicited proposals and enabled rapid, well-reasoned selection processes for Phase II down-selection. B&A recognized John's outstanding performance with a Spot Award.

Individuals of all ages enjoyed the annual Employee Celebration Day at the Bealeton Flying Circus Airshow and Balloon Festival.
