one Small Business (SB), one woman-owned SB, and three large businesses. The composition of Team B&A attests to its commitment to function continually as a
high performance organization, while also assisting NSWC, Dahlgren in meeting its SDVOSB and SB contracting goals. Our relationship with our clients has resulted in quality
products and services leading to our clients' successes. Team B&A has been an instrumental team member in achieving our clients' program objectives,
