Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP) defines the requirements, responsibilities, and procedures to implement and maintain a QA program. The QA Manager is responsible for the total Team B&A quality program and for the contents of the QAPP. The QA Manager, located at Team B&A headquarters, provides overall staff guidance and policy direction for matters relating to program quality. The policies and procedures in the QAPP reflect the detailed quality policy of Team B&A and include policy components such as analyze, design, develop, deliver, and maintain products that meet and very often exceed the highest industry standards.
