Kalman & Company, Inc. is a woman owned business that was founded in 1987 by Walter and Barbara Kalman. Walter Kalman serves as President and Barbara Kalman serves as CEO and Comptroller. Headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia with multiple field offices located throughout the continental United States, Kalman professional employees have been providing program management, acquisition, logistics, business and analytical services to the Department of Defense and other federal agencies, and to the commercial sector for 22 years.

The company began its association with the Marine Corps as a woman-owned small business in 1999 and supported the Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) in addition to providing a wide range of support services to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD), subordinate JPMs, and various other U.S. Navy and U.S. Army acquisition activities.
